Interaction Design Report

Provide recommendations and enhancements to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Migratory Bird Program’s annual Waterfowl Harvest Diary Survey. Enhancements focus on increasing response rates and data quality while decreasing administrative costs and participant hunter workload. Recommendations are built on demographic, industry, and technical research. The final deliverable included the development of personas and a final proof of concept based on iterative prototyping and results from usability testing.
