Usability Report

Partnership with MassLegalHelp to perform a full content audit and usability analysis. The creation of personas, task flows, and journey maps helped identify existing successes and pain points. Improvements to overall information architecture underwent additional usability testing and leveraged Optimal Workshop’s Card Sort and Tree Jack tools. An overall accessibility evaluation was performed with the WAVE toolbar and WGAC 2.0 guidelines. Additional site enhancements were derived largely from a extensive review of Google Analytics metrics and an in-depth analysis of the existing search feature.
