Journey Map & Proof of Concept
A journey map of the current user experience was created to help identify the needs for a more inclusive process. Additionally, a proof of concept was designed for Baltimore Open Land Data, BOLD, a website designed by the Community Law Center, CLC. as a collective repository of property records and information and a way to improve the existing user experience.
